September 25, 2026. Today we launched our redesigned website. At WingmanWP, we are the WordPress engineering and operations partner for growing and enterprise organizations, and our new site gives decision-makers a clearer picture of what it takes to run WordPress properly, from the code and the campaigns to the calendar. It also gives them a faster way to start a conversation with us.
WordPress powers more than a third of the web, and most of the effort that keeps a site healthy happens long after launch day. We built the new website around that idea. Rather than presenting a menu of one-off projects, it shows how we treat a client’s website as infrastructure: engineered carefully, released through a tested process, and managed day to day by one accountable team.
What’s new on our site
- Three clear pillars. We’ve organized every service under WordPress Development, Digital Marketing and Project Management, so you can see at a glance where your needs fit.
- Dedicated service pages. Our in-depth pages for Project Management and Technical Consulting explain how each engagement works and what you can expect from us.
- An enterprise focus. We highlight the work that matters most at scale: enterprise WordPress architecture, performance and scalability, QA and governance, and clean integration between your website and the CRM behind it.
- A simpler way to get started. A short contact form replaces lengthy intake questionnaires. One message is enough, and we usually reply within one business day.
- A new News section. We’ll use it to share field notes on engineering and operations, plus announcements like this one.
WordPress sites rarely fail because of bad design. They fail from neglect. We wanted our own website to reflect how we actually work with clients: clear scope, careful engineering and a team that stays with the site after launch. It is, of course, built on WordPress, and we run it exactly the way we run our clients’ sites.

Our new site runs on a lean, hand-built WordPress theme with no page builder, which keeps pages fast and easy to maintain. It went through the same staged, QA-gated release process we use for client work, and we designed it with accessibility, performance and privacy in mind from the first draft.
