About these terms
These terms apply to your use of wingmanwp.com (the “site”), which is operated by WingMan WP LLC (“WingmanWP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our services are covered separately
The site describes what we do, but nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Any engagement with WingmanWP (development, management, consulting, or support) is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Using the site
You’re welcome to browse, read, and share links to the site. Please don’t:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
- try to break into, disrupt, overload, or probe the security of the site or the systems behind it;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use automated tools that put an unreasonable load on it;
- send spam, malware, or false information through our contact form.
Our content and brand
The text, graphics, logos, and design of the site belong to WingmanWP or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them without our written permission, other than quoting short passages with a link back.
WF WINGMANWP® is a registered trademark of WingMan WP LLC (U.S. Reg. No. 8,449,291). Other product and company names mentioned on the site, such as WordPress, belong to their respective owners, and mentioning them doesn’t imply an endorsement.
Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but its content is general information about our services and about WordPress. It isn’t professional, technical, or legal advice for your specific situation. For example, our pages on data privacy and compliance describe how we approach that work; they are not legal advice, and you should confirm your obligations with your own counsel.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
