Who we are

This website, wingmanwp.com, is operated by WingMan WP LLC (“WingmanWP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers this website only. When we build or manage a website for a client, any visitor data on that site is handled under our agreement with that client and the client’s own privacy policy.

What we collect

Information you send us

When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, the type of help you need, and your message. You can also email us directly, in which case we receive whatever you include.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in general: which pages are visited, how people arrive here, roughly where they are (country or city level), and what kind of device and browser they use. We look at this data in aggregate to improve the site. We don’t use it to identify individual visitors, and we don’t use Google Analytics advertising features.

Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. Google processes this data under its own terms; you can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Basic technical data

Like any website, our hosting and security systems keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used for marketing.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and talk with you about the work you asked about.
• To follow up about WingmanWP services related to your inquiry.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.

We don’t add you to a mailing list because you contacted us, and we don’t send automated marketing campaigns from contact form submissions.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as needed for them to do that:

• Zoho CRM, where we store contact form inquiries and our follow-up with you.
• Google Analytics, for site usage statistics.
• Our website hosting and email delivery providers, which run the site and deliver form submissions to our inbox.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets for tracking purposes are the Google Analytics cookies described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it’s relevant to a current or potential working relationship, and delete it when it no longer is or when you ask us to. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it automatically.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU, the UK, or certain US states), you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems where it is stored. No website or online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
